Who does this Drum N B song?

I heard a really amazing fast tempo (faster than usual) drum n' b song, and I have no idea who the artist is. I have a feeling it could be called "Coma" and no, it's not by Pendulum. All I remember is a sample of a guy saying "The symptom was coma" and it's sooooo good. Can anyone help me out here? Please!!! I need this vinyl asap.
