I could be pregnant and i feel....?

i could be round 4 weeks i took a home pregnancy test and it needed 2 lines for Pregnant. and i got one and a faint extra line.(witch is good) but i feel a little pressure on my belly like at the top of my belly and inside my belly. it juss feels diffrent.more discomfort. and i have been farting all day (witch is uncommon for me.) followed by a sickish feeling. NORMAL? NOT NORMAL? ANY OTHER INFO? SHOULD I BE WORRIED? no pain.
