Would this letter of Apology work?

Great letter! I was so impressed that you were just 16! The only thing I would omit is the lines: "I will avoid any of these foolish decisions, " (it repeats itself) and "As much I have repeated myself". You don't want to be making two apologies. I would add how you intend on using this second chance as a blessing. Good luck.
