Where can I find an apartment in fairfield ca that will work with my 4 month old eviction?

I am very young only 17, but married with a child. I rented in sacramento in January 09 and due to the ecnmy he was laid off, unemployment said he didnt qualify and we lost our source of income, my husband stopped working and we had to move and we were evicted. I have called everywhere in vacaville and fairfield and nowhere accepts my evition . I am on the sec 8 waiting list but lord knows how long that ca take..... does anyone have an apartment complex they can refer me to that has worked with you. I am getting istance and my husband is working full time, still its not enough - not even a co- signer. thanks to those who can help.
