Why do most men like action and fighting so much on TV and in movies?

Its not just men, most people do. Anyway I think its because it helps them release stress and makes them happy lol. Also it may be instinct because if you look at their faces when they do this they are very cave man like. lol. Also, maybe subconsciously they might pretend they are the person who's able to do these amazing things, just leave them be and don't do anything. Good Luck :-)
