How do you overclock a geforce gtx 460 and the Amd Phenom™II X6 1055T Six-Core CPU?

It's a BIOS setting. Go into the BIOS and select processor speed or some setting like it. Then set it to maximum...this is stupid by the way you cut the life in half by doing this.
