I'm 14 and a female. 5'2 112 lbs. Need tips on growing taller please help?

You definately DO NOT stop growing 3yrs after your period starts. That is ridiculous. As for getting taller there is nothing you can do but wait. Genetics will decide how it goes and nothing in the world (exept radical leg extension surgery) can change it.
