Yes It's racism and harment. You should speak to your supervisor or someone higher up. Maybe speak to the guy first and tell him not to send you stuff like that again. He should get in trouble for using the company computer and email for stuff like that. If after you talk to him and he still sending you stuff like that, speak to your boss. It's not right.
