Friend got caught using her younger brothers oyster?

my friend couldnt find her oyster so used her brothers for one journey to uni.. she was caught coming back they didnt fine her there and then but questioned her took her address and said they will contact her by post...i was wondering if anyone else had similar problems and what happend to them if they where fined and hw much they where fined..
