How do i fight a ticket for going 110 in 65 zoneand also for marking lanes?

A trooper pulled me over as i got off I-93 at the exit to Stoneham, he said he had been trying to catch up with me from Andover but never had his lights on. on the ticket he checked clocked and posted . how do i fight that in a court.
