Teachers abuse library patrons for cash! I need a solution to this situation.?

I am a retired elementary teacher. I spend four hours a day seven days a week at my small town public library. Most of my day I spend at the computer. I am annoyed everyday with students being tutored in math and reading. The tables are five feet in back of the computer section. The testers act as though they are in a clroom rather a library. They speak in normal tones and and it is very disturbing to those near. The teachers seem to think they are above the other patrons.Besides the tutoring, when the parents come to pick up their children, they discuss the progress made that day. They collect 20.00 per hour and sometimes ask the desk to make change. I just know this is not right but don't want to be looked upon as an old fart senior citizen. Space is very limitted. What do you think?. I am not a jerk!
