What organization or whom would be most reputable to authenticate a original Pierre Auguste Renoir painting?
Please explain why they would be best suited for this job.Your insight will be highly appreciated for the answer.I would also appreciate your reference if you have one to whom would be best to restore a painting of this magnitude?
