What should I do if i was just PDQed before I even went to MEPS (surgery waiver issue)?

Well if she invited you to the DEP brief, she clearly thinks that there's still a chance you'll get in.. Surgery can be waivered.. She wouldn't waste her time on you if she thought you were a lost cause..
