How do i feel better with bad allergies?

I have really bad allergies theyve been killing me all the time nonstop how do i deal with this if i take bendadryl it will dry me out make me congested and give me nose bleeds. how can i help my allergies? im allergic to pet dander and pollen. btw i vacuum my house daily.
