Help with washing machine - Hoover Performance Eco 1300?

Is there anyone who can help me with what the programme numbers are? I have this machine in my rented flat but don't know which programmes to use and am worried about wrecking my clothes. I'd be very grateful if anyone could help. I have been looking for an user manual for weeks but have had no luck. Thanks a lot.
