Have a 1993 Chevy Astro--Hard to start at operating temperature.?

I have a 1993 Chevy Astro--The idle is fine until it reaches temperature, then it hesitates and stalls. It is hard to start at operating temperature. Any ideas? Fuel filter has been replaced.
