Install an AUX input into my car?

I own an Infiniti i30 and in its day is was the cream of the crop so its stereo is amazing and I dont want to replace it with some crappy Pioneer receiver. I was wondering if there was any way to install an AUX input in the car so I can run my Sirius Radio and iPod through it with better quality?
