How does it look like to watch a spaceship traveling away at the speed of light 318 milion light years away?

Well if it was moving away from you at light speed, if you can see things moving that fast, i would think it's actually moving twice as fast as what your seeing, considering the time it took for the light from the ship to reach you, it too is traveling in the opposite direction.. Not to mention the ship technically isnt' there anymore becuase it took the sight of the ship 318 million years to get to your eyeball. Just like stars, have of them probably don't even exist anymore, we just still see the light that has traveled to our planet.
